An outstanding Customer Service
I had a contract laptop with Telkom which I pay it off for that two years I had the contract with. Telkom kept on debiting money from my account even though I went to them for cancellation and I ended up in errors. I went to the East Rand store and I was assistant by Pat the store manager. I have never seen such passion and commitment. The service that I received from him is super out of this world. He was patient and kept on updating me and it made me feel appreciated. Thank you Pat for helping me, you restored my love with Telkom
