An absolute struggle.
<p>Never has it been so hard to purchase a product. I struggle to get through to telkom to apply for a new product and when i do get through no one has any knowledge of the products I am wanting to apply for. Very unproffesional to have anyone in sales have so little knowledge of the products and personally makes me worry as I would have no idea what exactly it is I am paying for.</p>
