Amount due to me not paud since 2017

SO in September 2017 I closed ********** 81 account (this was once the contract came to it's end) to open another with Telkom. Telkom gave me my statement and they actually were supposed to pay me back R159.46. So from that September 2017 to early 2018 I have been going back and forth with them giving my money back. So when I speak to them they confirm they'll pay back but the money never makes it to my account, this happened until I GAVE UP.

So now my other contract has come to an end, I no longer want Telkom but still I have nothing back from them. I want my money, it is mine!
