Amazingly SLOW internet speeds

Currently my Internet is almost unusable. I can not load webpages and when i can they are not responsive because of too slow speed Internet.<br> <br> I did the speed-test and all the other recommended stuff on the self-help guide but nothing is helping. Dialing the Telkom call center is an utter waste of time. They don't answer the phone.<br> Speed test result (screenshot): [URL Removed]<br> <br> .27 internet download speed is utterly ridicules... its like going back to dial-up speeds.. i am being shaped to death atm.<br> <br> I am not happy and if Telkom does not respond here i will go to anther service provider in this week still.<br> <br> I only ask for the service promised me. I do not stream TV or series sites.. i only do mails, social sites like FB, twitter and play settlers online. non of these can kill your bandwidth or even use up my own.<br> <br> PLEASE FIX<br>
