Amazing Telkom Liaison - Anelisa Qoma

This review is not for Telkom but for an amazing individual who works for Telkom. After Liaising with 6 Telkom employees in the bIlling Department and Zanele Manana who is the Supervisor of billing, I made an attempt at speaking to Billing one more time to rectify our Business account.

Anelisa Qoma should be moved to management as the level of service and competency was remarkable compared to the 6 months of liaisons we have endured at Telkom.

Our account has been rectified and we can now FINALLY cancel this service with Telkom.

Anelisa, you are a diamond in a coal mine. Please put your amazing skills and knowledge to better use elsewhere. Telkom don't deserve you!!!!
