Amazing Service

<p>I have not had great service from Telkom, after calling earlier to try and resolve a problem with a debit order going off the wrong account and having the phone put down in my ear because the advisor was confused i was forced to phone back and was lucky enough to get to speak to Ntando Nkomo! She assisted me quickly and logged a case in no time! She was extremely well spoken and super sufficient! all the agents could learn from her! Telkom would be much more efficient if all the staff could handle matters like she did!</p> <p> </p> <p>Well done Ntando Nkomo! it was a pleasure speaking with you!</p>
