Amazing service

Just when it seems everyone is complaining about Telkom, i received excellent service. My adsl kept dropping and i logged an incident on the Telkom App at approximately 7pm. I was expecting to only receive a response a few days after getting my sms incident number. I was blown away when a technician called me 20min later and then arrived at my house 15min after that and fixed the issue. Less than 1 hour from reporting the issue to being serviced. Telkom, with service like this, i'll be a customer for life!
