Amazing server from Telkom Social Media Team

I was sitting with a fault with my line for 17days and have not received any communication from Telkom. Decided to take a change on MyBroadband. Sent a PM to @TelkomZA. <br> <br> Within a couple of hours I received a message from Charl Olivier who has managed to get my line working 100% in less than 3 days. <br> <br> I would like to thank him for his amazing service and going above and beyond to make sure I was happy. This is what I call amazing customer support! Is small things like this that might just keep me with Telkom as my ISP<br> <br> I hope this finds it way to someone within Telkom that has the ability to promote this man has he well deserves it!
