Amazed by Telkom repair

Both my phone lines stopped working at the same time. Expecting to pull my hair out having to deal with Telkom, I phoned their customer support line. I expected to have to wait at least 30 minutes while my call was in their queuing system, however my call was answered almost immediately.<br> <br> My lines were tested while I was on the phone, but the service desk representative could not resolve the issue. I received an SMS from Telkom saying that it would take 4 days to repair the fault, however within 10 minutes of the call I realised they were attending to the fault, and the problem was resolved!<br> <br> Quite pleasantly surprised by this level of service!<br> <br>
