Am not happy with the service

Am not happy with the service with Telkom, speaking to customer did not help my call was also dropped ( Siphiwe) , I bought data on Sunday as well as yesterday, Mo'nice Winter winz , it did not work from Sunday woke up Monday its not the, i load again yesterday as data R 29 did not work as well , today the Data is also not the, the was low redaction from 5pm until 10pm yesterday i had low battery i still did not use the data until 3am this Morning which is the nigh surfer , someone please investigate i need to know what happened to my Day Data that i never used , i need my Data back , now am afraid to Buy cause i dnt know if it will work or not
