Am i ever going to get my phone from Telkom

I app**** for the Huawei mate 7 online, a few days later a sales consultant by the name of Simangele Nkqayi called me we did a telephonic application and she called me a day later to let me know the application has been approved. the debit order went through on the 12th of September 2015. to which she said it would take 5 - 7 working days for delivery. its not the 25th of September and i am sitting with no phone or feedback from Simangele. I have left her emails but still no reply. its almost the end of the month and a presume another debit order is going to go through for a phone that i am not using. <br> <br> Bear in mind that i had app**** for the same phone at fourways branch only to be made to wait for a month before i had to follow up an be informed that they don't have it in stock. <br> <br> The service delivery at Telkom is Pathetic i have never been so disappointed in a company like this one. the lack of accountability, turnaround time, good service or even delivery is such a joke.<br> <br>
