Always on still not active after 1 week!

<p>I have been trying to get Always on activated on our business line since 1st March. I have sent 6 emails to the sales rep that sent me the information with NO response. I have called daily since then trying to get help with NO assistance. Yesterday I was told that it would be activated by the close of business because whoever I spoke to was going to the sales rep's manager to activate it. Well another business day has gone by and still no "always on". No help on the internet either as everything just redirects you back to "about us". How can I get this working on our business line??????</p>
