Always offline for sim swaps

Springs Mall Telkom forever offline when you visit for a sim swap. I went to the store a numerous times and as always "offline". Staff tell you to come in the morning as after 12 the system is always down. You get there before 12 and the system is offline again. Now staff tell you to come before 10. We can not be taking time off from work and not get assistance. So happy that my contract has come to an end and I am cancelling today.
