Already REGRETTING my DECISION to use TELKOM for FIBER!!

Im already regretting my decision to use Telkom for my Fiber. Soooo the router was booked out to the wrong address (after I gave the consultant my address where my current Telkom line has been for 3 years) - They booked it out to my mothers address (where I stayed 10 years ago). Eventually the router was delivered today. Im trying to get hold of Telkom to send somebody to install / activate this router. I have no idea what to do with it now. Called 10210 as per instructions on the delivery note .. after holding for 7 minutes I was informed I called the incorrect number and have to call 10213. I've now been holding for 18 minutes for somebody to answer the phone!!!!!!!!!!
