almost caused accident and rude attitude

My wife and i and our 14 month old baby was coming down a street when al of a sudden a telkom bakkie just came out of a parking space. I swung out to mis him. If i didnt then would have smashed into him. When i stopped he drove past and showed me a f*** y** sign. I think that maybe he doesnt know how to drive or something like that. He endangered our family. He should rather stickto climbing poles or pulling wires. He does not belong on the road.
