Almost a month without internet, Telkom does nothing to fix the problem

I have now been without a working adsl line and working internet from the 25th of November. Telkom does nothing to fix the problem. 4 appointments missed or the technician did absolutely nothing. Everytime you phone customer care the consultants gives you the same old stories, making promises which end up in lies. Telkom at this stage in my book is the worst service provider and service delivery company in SA. At the end of the day I should keep paying them for a non working internet service, Bravo Telkom great job, most useless and unprofessional service.
