Almost a month later!! USELESS!!

On the 23rd of May i app**** for a Samsung A32. It was approved the same day. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE PHONE. Everyday i phone in and get a different excuse from stock issues to the color of the phone. Everytime the call centre agent logs an email. For 10 days i have logged emails and NOTHING is being done. Is management doing their work or just pocketing the paycheck??
