Almost a month and still await feedback

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to refer to my complaint logged on the 25th August 2016, to date I have only received the following reference number AI ********** . On the 30th August I received an email from Tando Mehlo requesting me to provide further clarity on my complaint. I responded to the mail and to date I have not received any feedback from anyone. I even tried the Call Centre and they were unable to assist me. Can I sincerely ask that you look into my matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p> </p> <p>Sandile Zwane</p>
