Almost 8 months of no feedback from Telkom - PATHETIC SERVICE

I was given a reference number Al ********** with regards to a 8 month long complaint where Telkom owes me money for services NOT used. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST ME.

Email, phoning and visiting numerous stores does not seem to help in the slightest.
