Almost 7 weeks and NOTHING !!!! !!!!!! Poor Service Delivery ..Pathetic Team Lead follow through !!!!! Managers SUC****! AI*** Work Loss due to Telkom !!!!!!!!!

I need a call to advise me when this will be closed</p> <p>I have lost money and business due to the pathethic service of Telkom</p> <p>I am very sure you would not want to be taken to consumer watch becuase then many customers who are experiencing the same issues will come forth and this will cause destruction your very low credibility</p> <p> </p> <p>Three weeks later after a technician came through and various calls and emails, we still have nothing !</p> <p> </p> <p>What is going on her . do you not take yoru customers issues to heart because we are dependent on the servoce we pay for</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom will loose its kingdom due to pathethic customer service follow up whereas you can take time to ensure customers are happy so that they continue taking business</p> <p> </p> <p>Be more strategic and comprehsive with customers !</p> <p> </p> <p>I wil await your call</p> <p>Crystal Naidoo</p> <p> ********** 178</p>
