Almost 6 months later, phone calles, messages, hello peter and still no proper installation done.

<p>So telkom came and did an installation of my line (I know right they actually came out and did something). However the guy installed it from the furthest possible pole at the corner of the property instead of the pole next to the house. Now there is a cable hanging all the way from the furthest corner of the property accross the garden just hanging there and up splitting my balcony in half. I cant even open and umbrella on the balcony cause the cable is in the way. It needs to be moved!!!! Since April and still no one come to do it properly. Made several of these complaints on hellopeter and they just dont care. How a company is allowed to charge for this should be *******. Seriously. What a disgusting joke this Telkom is. Wish another company would come do fiber in our area.</p>
