Almost 4 months to install a landline

At first I was quite impressed that Telkom showed up at my place in a reasonable time as they promised. But the technician then told me Telkom will need to install a pole to get the line closed to my property, wich they did in relatively good time. But now it seems impossible for me to get the technician back at my place to install the line to my house. I called Telkom at least 2 times per week to expedite the installation, but i always get the same answer they will mark on their system that the I am in a hurry, but that is all they can do. This is unacceptable. It has been more that 2 months after the poles have been installed and many phone calls. But Telkom does not want to install my line. Please assist me in getting the line installed. Thank you.
