Almost 3 months and still Address unverified and Installation never happened

<p>End of Jan we app**** for ADSL, Line and calling plan with Telkom. A month later we never heard from then and called. They advised the order was canceled. No one took the liberty of informing us, never the less we replaced the order. We then paid our deposit, and recieved an sms to say the technician will be coming out on the 13th we waited and waited after five the afternoon we recieved an sms fromthe technician to say that the address was incorrect and as per the municipality. </p> <p>We were told to take a proof of address to a telkom store and we did so, but still no installation. </p>
