Almost 2 years later and no resolve

<p>I have posted times without number about the issue i had with telkom and a mistake made on THEIR part. In May of this year I was informed that the matter had been resolved and my cotract would be reinstated after a payment of R7500. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have two questions, what has happened to the money i paid between May 2016 and this time?</p> <p> </p> <p>seocndly how is my contract to be reinstated if the number has beloned to someone else for almost a year?</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom please resolve this it has done so much harm to my credit and to my banking that I cannot beliee they simply said pay us somemore for our mistake and we will resolve it and you will pay for a further TWO years for a contract that was to end in 5 months!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very unsatisfied. </p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly resolve this matter timeously. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
