Allocated phone given to another person

Just spent 2hours at telkom store in Sandton city. The gentleman helping me was so helpful he allocated the iPhone in black to me. A lady comes in the sales guy Xolani, decides to take it and reallocate it to another customer who came in after my sister. The manager then decides to hand over the phone to Xolani whose client came after us. This was totally unacceptable especially on the part of management who decided to hand the phone over to another customer
