All Useless

I have been calling these people all week to sort out my account issues since they didn't deduct the very first payment and decided to close my account and then add some penalty fee which I have to now pay and no one can explain why all they keep telling me is to email but no one replies to the emails, they clearly just ask ne to email to get me off the phone. Spoke to some condescending manager and he too was useless.. the data is great and all but save yourself the trouble and get prepaid
