All they know is to debit our account with amounts we did not even agree on

<p>I have been waiting patienty for telkom to refund me for the rejection fess they charged me when my account was not even in areas.today I received an invoice which included the amount they have already debited for may and amount they still wanna debit in June.I have been phoning telkom non stop and the never come back to you</p> <p> </p> <p>All they do is to promise to phone you back and shift responsibility.I am so dissapointed in their service and even thinking of canceling my contract with them</p>
