All Telkom knows its to mess clients's credit record, not service them

The threats continue. And they insist that I am ignoring them, even thou I send counteless emails to Nu-debt's Brianna Smit. Is it because they are a big state-owned company that they feel they have the power to mistreat and blacklist the small consumer?? I am getting sick of Telkom and all their debt-collectors who are more conv=cerned about collecting a pay check than rendering good service.
