All Telkom employees will treat you same bad way.

I regret having a contract with Telkom. All Telkom employees will treat you same bad way, once you fail to get help from the first one just know that you will never get any help. Many people end up paying the money that they didn't agreed at because they are tired of up and downs. Calling their customers care is just waste of time. I am tired of reversing money every month from the bank, and once I reverse it, they charge me extra money for reversing it. I'm stuck with Telkom contract.
