All round terrible service

It would take me half a day to describe my experience the past week with Telkom. From useless call centre staff, 30min + calls to just be left on hold to arrogant and cheeky staff raising their voices at me in their Atlasville branch including their shop manager.

You need to call me urgently, as your exam to be answered to get a call back is time consuming and inefficient.
