All networks minutes taken away from contract

My all networks minutes have been cancelled since 1 June 2020 and I have paid for this as a top up when I took my contract. I have not recieved any clarity regarding my case. I have just received an sms that my case has been resolved. This is terrible service. I will not be renewing my contract! Case no. ***8
