All-Net Minutes Voice Minutes

So my husband and I walk into a telkom branch in Canal Walk to enquire about our contract package, we speak to a consultant which then tells us he’s unable to check as the system doesn’t show our full package details and it will be hard to get hold of headoffices . He then gives us his email address to email him in the new year. So then on the 7 January..I email, Monday no response, Tuesday I follow up..he reads the email and still no response which is totally pathetic !!!!! And unacceptable service!!!!! Please can someone get back to me or my husband on ********** or ********** .
