all lines working now besides mine

10 days ago many of the lines in my area and now all my neighbors are working besides mines. On Thursday someone did come by, I left work to meet him and he said it will be working now. On Friday I seen a Telkom van and asked for help as I did not have a number to call for help but no one is willing to help. I would call but its now too costly calling from my cellphone, and the only time we get any help is when its on hello peter
