All internet email deleted

Hi,<br> <br> I need some urgent assistance to my dad, whose Telkom email all got deleted, similar to incident SM97963 and SM113832, which in both cases you, Telkom, had customers loosing all their email, and they could get no help from Telkom call centre, but via Hellopeter they got help. Please help him reestablishing his email. His email account is listed in the acc field.<br> <br> Thx<br> Bjarke
