ALL I'M ASKING FOR IS A PAID-UP LETTER PLEASE!!!!

I have requested for a paid up letter from Telkom on the 16/01/2019. I personally went into the outlet/branch , they also sent an email and i called again on the 11th February 2019 and i was CC'ed on the email as proof that it has been sent to the credit department.

Can someone kindly assist me please , All i'm asking for is a paid up letter.
