All I want to do is pay my account online

On the line for the last 15 minutes while an agent Precious Nudle is escalating my query to that mythical creature known only as a supervisor (Sizwe Mkhize). My complicated query is that I would like to PAY MY ACCOUNT ONLINE, which I have done from 2014 each month without fail. When I log on now it says I do not owe them any money even though I get a bill saying i do. When i queried this with Precious she said to me -then use another method. WoW - customer services at its best. Precious, I have used several other methods but each time you guys can't find the payment - more magic. This is the only method that you guys pick up on. I will take screen shots each month of how I don't owe u money - thanks for the free service
