All I needed was a replacement SIM card

<p>I have been using telkom mobile for quite some time now and it appeared that my SIM card had stopped working, after testing it was not an issue with the phone by checking another card I went to their festival mall branch to get a replacement. Upon arrival I approached one of the staff on the floor and explained my dilemma as to find out what I needed to do to get my sim replaced, with complete lack of interest I was very rudely told that it is not their responsibility for a faulty product and refused to assist me in anyway.</p>
