ALL email deleted by Telkom Tech Support

Good Day,<br> <br> I have had issues with my telkom webmail service where I was not able to successfully send email. The email would appear to be sent and move to the \Sent\" folder but is never received by the recipient. This has been initially tested by myself sending to my gmail account and subsequently tested by the Telkom agent assisting me and confirmed to be a problem.<br> <br> I have logged numerous cases to resolve this and the service was only restored at the end of last week.<br> Since this has been restored, I have logged 2-3 cases again as ALL my email until 08 April 2016 has been deleted by Telkom Tech Support as a result of service restoration.<br> The agent I spoke to last advised me that restoring all my email was not possible as my account was deleted and re-created to solve the problem.<br> <br> This is UNACCEPTABLE!<br> <br> Kindly have my email restored by COB 15 April 2016 as I require some crucial emails urgently.<br> ALL calls to and from Telkom onto my mobile have been recorded and played back and I can confirm that I was NOT advised that my email would be deleted."
