All around no service!

went to the store 18.08.2015 to apply for a laptop contract, just to find out they don't to applications without stock and they don't have stock on any laptops. we filled in an application so the lady can process it as soon as they get stock. (they'll get stock on 20.08.2015. phone them 21.08.2015, no answer for more than half an hour. when we finally get answer, they still dont have stock, but will get 22.08.2015. 24.08.2015 we go to the store, they have stock but lost the application and original bank statement, we need to get another one. fill in new application and guess what, the system is off line. the lady will try again tomorrow as the store is soon to close. 25.08.2015 i get a call to say they are still off line. it is now 27.08.2015, still no word from the store and still no answer when for the last 30min.
