Alberton City Mall- Telkom

Very bad experience!!!!! I took my fiance's p30 lite huawei to Telkom to get the cracked/shattered screen fixed. When approaching the doorman I was asked to provide a proof of purchase for the cellphone. This was really awkward seeing that my cobtract was still active and both phones are on my name. When I asked why he needs my proof of purchase he saud it is the process and for the workshop to track the phone. To me this was bs as it felt like he was treating me like a ********... His attitude was also aggresive and not friendly at all. So I told him I can show him my invoices and log on to my Telkom app to prove that these two phones are mine and he could let me in the shop to go and check my profile. He blatantly refused and still demaned my proof of purchase. I then tild that I never received a proof of purchase anyways and that this business is some kind of business hey! I started walking away because I'm getting nowhere and he told me the following and I quote, "You are going nowhere until I have finished talking with you because we are not done" I thought to myself who is this guy I'm not his child. So I turned around and pointed at him and told him in his own tone of voice that "you don't tell me what and when I can do sonething" and kept walking away and then he shouted he can still help me, to me after this self appointed detective made me so cross I didn't wanted his help. I feel my rights as a customer was violated and I'm so disappointed in Telkom they will never reverse this damage I will never support this business ever again.

I'm regretting of always telling people that Telkom is the best and they should take a contract out with Telkom...
