Alarm at Telkom building wakes you up

I live in Riviersonderend near Caledon in Overberg in Western Cape. Telkom has a container building here in town close to my house. The alarm of this building goes off the whole night since yesterday. I complained at the Police and they promised to contact Telkom to resolve the problem. However this morning Im awake again, because the alarm goes off for hours on end. I hope Telkom will resolve the matter urgently as Im laying a charge at the Police for disturbance of the peace.
