Akinga vertical service

I did my upgrade last year.

Telkom sent me a new sim and since the activation of the sim they have been deducting a subscription fee monthly from the account for the last +/- 8 months.

On the bill it comes through as a once off fee.

This is a data sim card that is in a router I have not registered for the service or given Telkom permission to use my details or share them.

The agreed subscription was for R449.00 for uncapped data that it was told to me by the agent at the time.

I have researched the company in question Akinga vertical service which is in partnership with Telkom.

i have contacted Telkom on multiple concussions instead i am told they cannot refund me.
