Akinga service ********

I have an account with Telkom which i had signed last year September 2022 to my surprise my bill kept on going up instead of a fixed monthly installment as agreed now i have this Akinga ******** taking money from my account without my consent i contacted telkom regarding this and i was told i had subscribed to the services i don't even know what they are for i requested to cancel my contract because of this and they wanted another money from me people telkom is a **** do not buy their contract
