Akhona Mpili took out a new contract on my account without my consent!

Akhona Mpili phoned me to upgrade my contract and has subsequently taken a whole new contract on my name without my knowledge or permission! I want the contract cancelled with immediate effect. If I get debited for something I did not order I will be contacting ICASA, the NCC and will make one hell of a scene at my nearest branch!!!! I want this resolved TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
