Airtime vreters

My airtime keeps depleting before i even use it ..... i have checked i have no subscriptions when i buy airtime to convert to data, it says i dont have enought airtime *** is going on man fix this or im porting my numnber over to vodacom ive been with u for years and ive called your cs team and they are not helpful at all man.
