airtime vanishing and not getting help

Telkom has been taking my airtime, every time i recharge my airtime vanished. I call them the first time and the lady told me about the background apps that might be open and when we checked it was not the case. and there was no subscriptions either. Now i went to the branch they sent a callback on my behalf the guy told me i will be called immediately and i was only called after a week. I told the lady i spoke to my problem i could see she couldn't assist me, she asked me to wait while she is trying to find the problem. she then doped the phone till today. i can not buy airtime now and telkom cant even help,. i want to be refunded and Iam so angry they have a bunch of *********** agencies
