Airtime Transfer Donation
I have been charged R10 extra every month on my contract as Airtime Transfer Donation. I queried customer service and Zanele confirmed that the airtime was transferred to a certain number. The number is question has never received this airtime donation, please provide a statement which has dates when this donation is received. Case no ***2.
