Airtime transfer

Good day..I would like assistance from telkom because the person I spoke to from 180 call centre could not assist nor did self service.I transferred airtime to the incorrect number as it's a number I dont use anymore after misplacing the sim card which my son was using. The number obviously is on voicemail ever since I lost the sim card and would like help getting the airtime back to me Thanks.
