Airtime ******* and rude call center

To say I'm disappointed with telkom is an understatement. I bought airtime of R405 on Saturday but till today I haven't received my airtime. I went to their shop on Sunday to ask for help because I couldn't get through to their call center but still they couldn't help. To make matters worse Ive just spoken to a very rude lady Snenhlanhla Mthembu who told me it's not their problem that I didn't get my airtime because I told her I can't go to the bank and get the statement I'm at work and by the time I get off work the bank will be closed. It about time I look for another service provider
