Poor service from Telkom call consultants. A friend of mine lodged a complaint 3 weeks ago. She mistakenly recharged with a huge amount on prepaid using her capitec app. These people can't give a clear answer as to when will they reverse the funds to her account, neither can they tell how long of a process it is. Different multiple people, not a single one can give clear direction. ALL CLUELESS AND USELESS.... It's so bad
